What you should know:

• The Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort is 100 percent non-smoking.
• The resort's private pier is currently closed and only a portion is open to pedestrian traffic at this time. Fishing is not permitted. Please note the resort charges a $18 per room, per-night resort fee which will be collected by the hotel at checkout. This fee includes use of the following: unlimited use of beach lounges and chairs, full resort activities program for children and adults, local calls, first 20 minutes of 1-800, live entertainment throughout the hotel, admission to beach playground, health club and activity center, local newspaper at Cappuccinos Monday-Saturday, wireless internet access, in room safe and coffee maker, and complimentary incoming faxes. Discounts are offered for non-motorized water sports rentals.
